Employee and Family Assistance 

The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential, professional counselling and wellness service to provide support for those times when a little extra help is needed. The program is available to all Queen's employees and their families as defined by Queen's benefits programs. In times of crisis and emotional distress, the EFAP is available to receive calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
