Abstract:

Evidence for the existence of dark matter has accumulated on many scales and from many sources, and the detection experiments being built continue to become more and more sensitive.  As these experiments increase their reach, however, new challenges arise.  This talk will present several projects which have had leading sensitivity in the past and discuss the current state of the field.  Future challenges for these experiments will also be explored.
