Physics professors honoured for their teaching in 2018/2019

Congratulations to the winning professors who were presented with their Teaching Awards!

• Prof. James Fraser was named the recipient of the 2018/19 Geoff Lockwood Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching. 
• Prof. Bob Gooding was named the recipient of the 2018/19 Excellence in Instruction in the Engineering Physics Program.
• Prof. Ryan Martin was named the recipient of the 2018/19 Excellence in Instruction in Pure Physics.

All award recipients were selected by the undergraduate students in the Department of Physics, Engineering Physics and Astronomy.

The End of the Year Physics Banquet, organized by the Engineering Physics and the Undergraduate Physics Council, was held on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the Delta Hotel.
