- Those in need of a family physician should call The Academy of Medicine (613) 546-9587, to learn which physicians may be accepting new patients.
- Walk-In Clinics are available if you don’t have a family doctor. Those clinics are not for emergencies:

- Telehealth Ontario, a free, confidential telephone service you can call to get health advice or general health information from a Registered Nurse. In case of an emergency or if you require immediate help, call 911.
- Frontenac Community Mental Health and Addiction Services is a non-profit corporation providing a continuum of services to those with mental health and/or addiction issues in Frontenac County.
- Telephone Aid Line Kingston (TALK) offers confidential, anonymous and free listening service to members of the Kingston community.
- The Sexual Assault Centre Kingston provides emergency, crisis, and supportive counselling, and information, referral, and advocacy services and programs for survivors of sexualized violence.
