This page brings together resources for programs preparing for cyclical program review in 2018-19.

For an introduction to learning outcomes, degree level expectations, and curriculum mapping, please see this presentation by Klodiana Kolomitro and Jake Kaupp. For an orientation to Queen's cyclical review processes and the various support services available, please see this presentation.

More details can be found in the QUQAP Guide and School of Graduate Studies Resource.

This timeline gives an overview of the review process. This more detailed schedule provides guidance on preparation of the self-study document and review team nominations.

An updated version of the self-study template for 2018-19 has been posted to the templates section of this website. Also on the templates page, you'll find the CV requirements for the cyclical review process.

For information on creating an effective self-study, please see this table

Ontario Hall during a fall evening on campus.

Curriculum mapping is at the heart of the self-study process. Consult the Center for Teaching and Learning Curriculum Design and Renewal website for resources and contact information.

As you develop your self-study, you will undertake diversity and equity planning using the DEAP tool. The Equity Office will provide support with this.

Your liaison librarian will provide a library report to accompany the self-study document, and is a great resource on information literacy. For more information, please contact Heather McMullen, Associate University Librarian.

If you have any questions, please contact the Teaching and Learning Coordinator at x. 75536 or
