This page brings together general resources and specific information for all programs currently preparing for or completing their Cyclical Program Reviews (CPRs).
The Guide to Queen's University Quality Assurance Processes (QUQAP) directs programs through the CPR process in Section 7. You will find information on the roles and responsibilities for the CPRs, guidance for the self-study guidelines for the review team site visits and much more.
The School of Graduate Studies also provides information on the CPR process as well.
After your Orientation Session, the Self-Study will be the next step, followed by Review Team Site Visits. A general overview of the full process can be found in the CPR Process Chart and a more detailed look is provided in the CPR Next Steps document. The Ontario Universities Council on Quality Assurances provides best-practices information for completing a self-study.
On the Templates page, you will find the Self-Study Form, Review Team Nomination Form, Review Team Report Form and CV Guidelines needed to complete your CPR.
To see timelines and information specific to your CPR cohort, please see the the expandable tables below.
