QcHcQ is a Canadian centre within the international Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). Originally established in 2004 as the first North American Centre, the Queen's Joanna Briggs Collaboration (QJBC) became a founding partner in an academic-policy consortium together with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI) and Accreditation Canada and supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) (2009-2014).
QcHcQ has achieved and maintained JBI Centre of Excellence accreditation and continues to provides leadership, best practices, research, resources and collaborative opportunities in the science of synthesis and patient care quality.
