Bio:

Lindy Mechefske lives in Kingston, Ontario, and has spent far too much of her life moving between countries and continents – always pining for the people and places she has left behind. She is the author of Ontario Picnics: A Century of Dining Outdoors (2021), Out of Old Ontario Kitchens (2018), and Sir John’s Table (2015). She is the food columnist for the Kingston Whig-Standard, and her work has appeared in several anthologies and in a variety of newspapers, magazines, and literary journals.
