Directions: Enter the Queen’s Centre (284 Earl between Division and University) in the big food court room, locate the stairs (near the market-type store) or elevator.  Proceed to the 2nd floor.  Do not be confused by the room number starting with a 5, it is on the second floor.  Room 505 is beside the Common Ground.

Dr. Joan Lacoursier of Queen’s Student Health Services will be discussing the following topic: “Stress Reduction through Mindfulness.” This talk will be a glimpse into what is taught in an eight week evening course at Student Health Services that is open for staff and members of the public. This course starts in January.
