2019 Annual General Meeting

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, April 29th  at the University Club on the Queen’s campus.  The agenda and other materials are attached to this letter.

 Our special guest speaker this year is Dr. Barbara Crow, Dean, Faculty of Arts and Science.  Barbara will be joined by our newest RAQ Bursary recipient as our guest.

 The meeting will be preceded by a reception and cash bar at 11:30 a.m. with luncheon to follow at noon.  As noted on the invitation, limited parking for RAQ members is available on the Tindall Field parking lot.

 There’s much to report of the year’s activities, share news about various exciting developments, and we will be addressing two changes to the RAQ constitution. I hope you’ll be at the meeting. 

 I encourage you to bring a  friend or colleague who may be interested in joining RAQ, and I look forward to seeing you on April 29th.
