As we approach the start of a new academic term this September, the health and safety of the Queen’s and Kingston communities remains our highest priority. To support this safe return to in-person teaching and learning, a series of classroom protocols have been developed to protect the health and safety of all faculty and students.

The protocols were developed through a planning process that involved senior leadership, the Campus Operations Group, the Academic Operations Group, the Associate Vice-Principal (Teaching and Learning), and in consultation with the university’s legal counsel, Human Rights and Equity Office, Environmental Health and Safety, and the Joint Health and Safety Committee.

The Fall 2021 Protocols for In-Person Classes are posted on the Vice-Provost (Teaching and Learning) website.
