Keltie Gale

BSc’11 (Life Science), BA’11 (Global Development Studies, minor in Music), MA’13 (Human Geography). Keltie is a public affairs consultant at Santis Health, helping with clients across the health system develop strategy and public policy, consult and communicate with stakeholders and solve the complex challenges they face in a dynamic environment.  Previously, she worked in finance and government relations at the Ontario Brain Institute.  At Queen’s, Keltie was involved in ASUS Orientation as a Gael, an Orientation Committee member and Operations Chair, was a volunteer with the Queen’s Student Alumni Association including President in 2010-11, and played viola in the Queen’s Symphony Orchestra for seven years. Current term to 2020.

BA’79; MBA’82 (McMaster); FCMA,FCPA; CDir, A.C.C. and HRCCC (McMaster). Sue joined Scotiabank in 1982 and held progressively senior roles in finance, risk, M&A, operations and HR. In her last role as VP & Comptroller HR, Marketing & Communications, Sue led the financial analysis, strategy and budgeting teams, to ensure the optimal deployment of resources. Serving on the CMA Ontario Board of Directors since 2008, Sue led the merger of the three accounting bodies in Ontario as Chair of CMA Ontario and the integration as Chair of CPA Ontario. Sue is serving on the boards of CPA Canada Board, Canadian Foundation for Economic Education, and Theatre Passe Muraille. Sue has supported Queen’s through her relationship with the Economics faculty. Current term to 2020.
