Indecent Act reported at Stuart St. and University Ave.

Campus Security and Emergency Services is issuing an alert based on reports to both Kingston Police and Campus Security of a person who committed an indecent act at Stuart and University Ave. on Saturday evening.

The following information has been issued by Kingston Police:
 

Police Investigating Indecent Act on Stuart Street

Kingston Police and Queen’s Campus Security and Emergency Service are investigating an incident act that occurred on November 3, 2018. 

At approximately 8:30 p.m. a lone female walking in front of Adelaide Hall at the corner of Stuart Street and University Avenue was asked for directions by the suspect who stopped his vehicle near her. As the female approached the vehicle she observed the suspect masturbating. The female walked away and the male followed asking her to come back. 

The male is described as a Caucasian, in his 30’s with a beard, average body size. The vehicle is described as a newer model small white car.

Anyone experiencing a similar issue or suspicious circumstances involving a vehicle described above can call Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 or 911 in an emergency to report the incident.  Furthermore, immediately contact Campus Security and Emergency Service at 613-533-6111 or use one of the Blue Light Emergency phones on campus so we can assist with the emergency response.  If off-campus call the Kingston Police or 911 in an Emergency.
