Student Affairs believes that a healthy mind, body and spirit are foundations for student success. Student Affairs provides a range of programs and services to help you establish healthy habits to succeed academically and personally.
In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of student mental health issues on campuses. Student Affairs is focused on raising awareness of mental health issues and currently has a broad range of initiatives designed to help students, faculty and staff support those experiencing mental health problems.

- Make an appointment at Student Wellness Services
- Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) - Student Wellness Services is expanding options for mental health support for all Queen’s students. TAO provides 24/7 secure access to online resources to help students manage stress and anxiety.
- Empower Me - allows students to connect with qualified counsellors, consultants, and life coaches for a variety of issues.
- On-site counsellors in Residences, the Faculties of Engineering and Applied Science and Education, the Smith School of Business, the School of Medicine, and the School of Graduate Studies
