Named Awards Requiring Separate Application 2020-2021

General information and instructions to apply

  1. Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada or Protected Person's of Canada.
  2. Applicants must be entering full-time studies for the first time in the first year of a first-entry undergraduate degree program in September 2020.
  3. Only one application is required for any (one or more) of the awards on this application. 
  4. Recipients will be notified by end of April, except for the John Brooks Foundation Scholarship. The recipient will be notified in early July.
  5. Students will not receive more than one merit-based award. 
Note: The values shown for admission awards were in effect at the time of publication. Queen's University reserves the right to revise the value of any award without prior notice.

The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Royal Charter of 1841, as amended. The information collected will be used by the Office of the University Registrar to assess your eligibility for merit-based and/or need-based student financial assistance. Information regarding the results of the need assessment may be reported to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities . In addition to external reporting requirements, the information will also be used for internal planning and statistical analysis.
