2018-19 Bursary Refund Requests

Students who have a credit balance in their account from a bursary (named or general) will automatically receive a refund for the amount of the bursary credit.  The bursary payment automatic refund will occur late January 2019, once Winter Term open enrolment ends, and the Student Awards Office has verified any course load adjustments which might impact the eligibility to receive the bursary refund.  

Please ensure your banking information is up to date in SOLUS.  If not, there may be delays in receiving a refund until your banking information in SOLUS is up to date and accurate.

Individual requests for bursary refunds will only be reviewed if there are extenuating circumstances prior to the late January auto-refund of bursary payments.  The Office of the University Registrar-Student Awards will review each request on a case-by-case basis.  Students with extenuating circumstances can email bursary@queensu.ca.
