Immigration and Citizenship Law Bursary Application - Winter Term 2021

Value of awards:  Up to $4,250

Deadline to apply: November 9th, 2020

Established in October 2020, by Queen’s Faculty of Law. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to full-time or part-time students entering the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law. Applications are available on the Student Awards website.


  • Application is open to International and Domestic students.
  • Demonstrated financial need will be assessed solely on the information provided in the application form, as assessed by the Student Awards Office.
  • Previous Government student loan debt and/or a Student Line of Credit may be considered when evaluating eligibility for bursary assistance.
  • Applicants must be entering full time or part time studies in their first term of a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen’s University in January 2021. Students enrolled in the interest category will not be eligible for this bursary.

Information about award recipients may be provided to donors who sponsor specific awards or from University departments who have contact with these donors.
