Major Admission Award Application Decisions

2019-2020 Major Admission Awards

The 2019-2020 Major Admission Award recipients have been selected.  All Major Admission Award applicants may view their application status on their SOLUS Student Centre, Queen’s University On-line Student Center accessed via the MyQueensU Portal (scroll down to Financial Aid and click on the link called "View Award Application Status", click on the 2019 academic year). To view information in SOLUS be sure you are allowing “pop ups” on your browser. 


General Bursary Refund Requests

2018-19 Bursary Refund Requests

Students who have a credit balance in their account from a bursary (named or general) will automatically receive a refund for the amount of the bursary credit.  The bursary payment automatic refund will occur late January 2019, once Winter Term open enrolment ends, and the Student Awards Office has verified any course load adjustments which might impact the eligibility to receive the bursary refund.  


SOLUS Upgrade: Service Interruption (Oct 12-16)

SOLUS Upgrade: Scheduled Service Interruption (Oct. 12-16)

Online student services delivered via the SOLUS Student Centre will be unavailable from Friday, October 12th at 12:00 noon EST until Tuesday, October 16th at approximately 8:00 am EST to allow for a system upgrade.

Students will not be able to access the online General Bursary application during this time. The application deadline for the General Bursary is October 31, 2018.
