Program Cost

The costs of the 2019 Queen's Cares local experience is $85 CAD. The fee includes expenses such as food, registration, orientation sessions, activity costs and administrative fees (team leader contribution, journal, team t-shirts). The cost is subject to change.

NOTE: If you are unable to pay the program fee for the local experience because of financial constraints you can email and a staff member will respond to discuss options.


Queen's Cares program fees are due in one installment on Friday, November 23, 2018.  Students who receive their offer to the Queen's Cares program on Friday, November 7, 2018 will need to pay the full program fee by Friday, November 23, 2018.

Payment will be accepted at the Career Services Front Desk, Gordon Hall, 3rd floor, 74 Union Street.

Note: Students are required to submit payments to ensure their space in the program is reserved and officially accept their offer. If payment is not received by the dates noted above the student will be forfeiting their space.

Queen's Cares program fees are considered non-refundable because the Queen's Cares program must submit non-refundable payments for flights, insurance and ground transportation and the program fees to our community partners.
