Visit the new Student Wellness Services website for a full list of their resources, including “Healthy Lifestyle Appointments” for any student who wants to change a health habit, professionally-led wellness groupsmedical/mental health appointments with a physician, nurse or counsellor, and other self-help options.

Complete onQ modules to learn more about EDII, consent and healthy relationships, and online safety. For every module you complete before November 27, 2020 you will earn one entry into our OnQ Raffle! The grand prize will be AirPods and gift cards for the Bookstore and Tricolour Outlet!
