Creating a Customized Self-Care Plan

The purpose of this online session is to give participants a chance to examine stress management strategies.  Reflecting on what you are currently doing and learning evidence-based best practices will allow students, staff and faculty to move towards developing an action plan.  During the session, participants will be given time to create, or enhance, their own self-care plan including starting a new health behaviour within the next 1-2 weeks.
