Professional Appointments

Professional staff in Health Promotion offer one-on-one appointments to any Queen's student who wants to make a health behaviour change.  We work with students who want to improve their sleep, eating, and physical activity habits, would like to develop a self-care plan or who want to quit or cut down on substance use (i.e., alcohol, tobacco, and/or cannabis).

At this time we are unable to offer in-person MUSE biofeedback mindfulness training appointments where students can get neuro-feedback in real time so they can improve their attention, sense of calmness and well-being.  If you are interested in incorporating mindfulness into your day, please view the meditation library in Therapy Assistance Online (TAO).  This online resources is available to any Queen's student.  Simply register for an account at www.thepath-ca.taoconnect.org using your Queen's email address through a desktop or search "TAO mobile" in the Google Play or App Store.
