Professional Appointments

Health Promotion offers one-on-one appointments to any students who want to make a change in their health behaviours.  We see students who want to improve their sleep, eating, and physical activity habits, would like to develop a self-care plan or who want to quit or cut down on substance use (i.e., alcohol, tobacco, and/or cannabis).

We also offer 15 minute biofeedback mindfulness training appointments where students can get neuro-feedback in real time so they can improve their attention, sense of calmness and well-being.
