This psychoeducation group is for students who want to stop dieting, let go of diet culture, improve their relationship with food and gain practical skills to manage their eating. Students will learn how to practice mindfulness and mindful eating on their journey back to normalized eating. Sessions will focus on identifying hunger and fullness cues plus learning about the relationship between, thoughts, feelings and eating.
