As a director and soloist, internationally renowned British violinist Rachel Podger has enjoyed countless collaborations with musicians all over the world. Lauded for her “intoxicating combination of power and grace” (The Toronto Star), Ms. Podger records exclusively for Channel Classics with over 25 discs, including the complete Mozart Sonatas. She leads and solos with Juilliard415, The Juilliard School’s principal period-instrument ensemble. Juilliard415 has made significant contributions to musical life in New York and beyond, bringing major figures in the field of early music to lead performances of works of the 17th and 18th centuries.
