Christine Tassan et les Imposteures

Christine Tassan et les Imposteures brings together some of the best works by Django Reinhardt, Félix Leclerc and American swing composers. With virtuosity, daring and humour, the string band draws inspiration from one artist’s poetry and the other’s swing. They revisit hit songs created by George Gershwin, Louis Prima or Charlie Chaplin and blend them with Django’s melodies.

Musicians:

Christine Tassan - lead guitar, lead vocals, song writing, arrangements
Martine Gaumond – violin, vocals, arrangements
Blanche Baillargeon – double bass, vocals, arrangements
Jeff Moseley – rhythm guitar, vocals
