The Isabel will be closed to the public until February 28.

We will be answering phone messages and emails. Tickets can still be purchased online at www.queensu.ca/theisabel.

2021-22 Winter-Spring Season Announcement:

VACCINE MANDATE

As per Provincial and Queen’s University policies, all visitors to the Isabel MUST be fully vaccinated. Please bring proof of vaccination, photo ID, and a medical grade (ASTM level 2) mask for entry to the Isabel. Medical grade face masks will continue to be required when in the building.

For clarity, we will be unable to admit anyone without proof of vaccination, photo ID, and a face mask, nor we be able to admit guests exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. Your documents will be checked upon entering the Isabel.

Any individual who requires an accommodation under the Ontario Human Rights Code with respect to vaccination status must provide approved supporting documentation. Applications for this accommodation to come to Queen’s University campus can be made here COVID-19 Vaccine Accommodation | Human Resources (queensu.ca) *Please note this link can be used for staff, faculty, and general public. This process takes approximately two weeks and must be completed prior to visiting the Isabel.
