Awards files now available via TRAQ Researcher Portal

In January 2014, Queen’s launched a new Awards (Grants & Contracts) module within the Researcher Portal. This will replace the legacy electronic award application system (Data Summary and Signature System - commonly referred to as DSS). Existing approved files have been migrated and are now visible to researchers by visiting the Researcher Portal.

Log into MyQueensu/SOLUS from and scroll down to the bottom of the page. We’re listed on the right hand side. When you click on our link you go directly to the Researcher Portal! The link in MyQueensU portal is available to anyone that can sign in with a NetID and password.

Planned Upgrade Thursday, January 9, 2014

The TRAQ system will be down all day on Thursday, January 9th for a planned upgrade of our Researcher Portal to the latest version of Process Pathways ROMEO software.

This upgrade is in preparation to make the Awards module visible to our research community. Researchers will be able to see their existing files during the training and transition period. Researchers are asked to use the DSS form until the transition period ends in March 2014.

The TRAQ Team Has Relocated!

Still part of University Research Services, the TRAQ team has relocated to the 2nd floor of Fleming Hall/Jemmett Wing. 

Our team of 7 are now all together: Jennifer Clark, Tom Herra, Ingrid Gagnon, Bill Dean, Andrew Beckett, Pat Ambrose and Traci Allen.
