PIs have to submit their NOI (including a CCV) on the NSERC portal. The NOI is MANDATORY.

18 August 2020

Summer Info Session 1: Budget, Relationship to Other Funding, Summary and Sample Papers

25 August 2020

Summer Info Session 2: Proposal

01 September 2020

Summer Info Session 3: Most Significant Contributions, Additional Info Sections, HQP and EDI

Until 27 September 2020

Submission period for in-depth URS reviews: please send a draft of your CCV, proposal and/or application sections (partial drafts are welcome) before 27 September 2020, to the following:

Faculty of Health Sciences and Smith School of Business applicants: please send a draft to d.baczyk@queensu.ca.

Applicants from FEAS: please send the draft to d.baczyk@queensu.ca

Applicants from FAS: please send the draft to krh3@queensu.ca

Applicants are also highly encouraged to send their draft to several peers for review of the technical aspects of their proposal.

15 October 2020 TRAQ deadline. Instructions for submitting a TRAQ DSS for a Discovery Grant Proposal

Mandatory Submission Deadline: all applicants have to submit their application on the NSERC Portal by that date, the earlier the better. URS has to do extensive checks on all proposals, and we need enough time so that applicants can still fix any issues that our checks uncover.
