Kingston Skyline & Brant HallThe student residence Brant House is available to conference delegates who are interested in staying in more modest accommodations located on the Queen’s campus. Brant House overlooks Lake Ontario and is within a 5-minute walking distance from the conference plenary site at Queen’s. Kingston has waterfront hotels that are conveniently located to Queen’s University (conference plenary venue) and to downtown Kingston in close proximity to restaurants, pubs, shopping and other amenities. We recommend the following hotels:

Four Points by Sheraton Kingston

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $159.00 plus taxes (CAD) and parking ($18.00 per night, plus tax). Delegates can reserve their room by following the link.

On-Campus Parking

Delegates who will be driving to Kingston should be aware that there is limited parking on the Queen’s University campus. Delegates should try to make arrangements to park off campus, to walk to the conference from the Brant House or the downtown hotels, or to arrange taxi transportation to campus to avoid parking limitations.

A limited number of parking passes for the surface lot on Tindall Field on the Queen’s University campus will be available at the conference registration desk. Day passes will be available for $14.00/day and weekly passes will be available for $28.00/week, plus taxes.
