Emma Wyse

About

Emma Wyse is a third year PhD student studying under the supervision of Dr. Karen Dubinsky and Dr. Barrington Walker. Her doctoral research investigates the movement of British child evacuees to Dominion countries in the 1930s and 40s. This project focusses on British Jewish children and seeks to illuminate the ways in which Jewishness has been constructed as a religious, ethnic, or racial identity at various moments throughout history.
