The Irving and Regina Rosen Public Lecture Series - 2018

Professor Gerald Tulchinsky, za"l

With the passing of Gerald Tulchinsky, in conjunction with his family, the Rosen Lecture Committee decided to reschedule the event for May 16th, featuring a panel of Canadian Jewish historians assessing the contributions of Professor Emeritus Tulchinsky to the study of Canadian Jewish History.

May his memory be for a blessing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

The Program in Jewish Studies at Queen's University mourns the loss of one of the leaders of our program, Gerald Tulchinsky, za"l.  The Program joins The Family, Community, and the University in their grief over the loss of one of the pillars connecting these communities. Jerry has been a source of leadership, counsel, and inspiration to many. He will be missed.  May his memory be for a blessing.

Jerry was slated to give the Irving and Regina Rosen Lecture on February 7th.  At the end of sheloshim and after the winter recess, we will be discussing ways to reconfigure, and perhaps postpone, the event.  Please watch this space for further updates.
