Mindfulness for Wellness for Grad Students

Description: In this drop in group we will introduce you to Mindfulness which is recognised as a powerful way of achieving and maintaining wellness. Mindfulness-based techniques are effective for coping with difficulties and improving the overall quality of your day-to-day life. Learn some basic ways of being in the present moment and regulating your mood. You are invited to drop in as and when your schedule permits, and when you need this. However, regular attendance and practice are recommended to get maximum benefits!
