Please note that the Office of the University Registrar, has some information that is important to you in relation to the new SOLUS system.
Planning to graduate this spring? The Spring 2011 degree list will be compiled using the old student admin system (what you saw as QCARD). Please do not look at the Academic Advisement module in PeopleSoft—this is not applicable to graduate students.
Unofficial student transcripts are not yet available in SOLUS. You may check your academic record term by term, and the cumulative transcript should be available for viewing and printing in April.
Official transcripts will be printed in the old format until April 30. As of May 1, 2011, transcripts will be available through SOLUS in the new format, including grade point average calculations (GPAs) for all continuing students.
Your tax forms are available on SOLUS. The T2202A screen opens inside SOLUS and your browser must be set to allow pop-ups in order for you to see and print your tax form. If you are unsure as to how to allow pop-ups in your browser, please refer to the ‘how-to’ information on the Registrar’s website here.
