- If you are transferring from a university or transferring from a college in the fall, apply online using the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC)
- If you are seeking entry for:
Upper-Year Applicants to the Bader International Study Centre (BISC)
Deadline to submit all documents: Fall term – July 31; Winter term – November 15; May-June Summer School and Specialized Programs – April 15
All applicants (Queen's and non-Queen's): Submit the BISC Upper-Year Course Selection Form
Non-Queen's Students must also:
- Check your eligibility by consulting the office that coordinates study abroad at your university.
- Request a Letter of Permission (LOP) from your home university.
- Submit official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions previously attended (not necessary for students from partner schools).
- Complete the BISC Online Application.

Activate your NetID
After we send your Student ID, activate your NetID account.
Watch your email for your application confirmation. It has all the information you need about your application, including how to get a Queen’s NetID.
Use your NetID to sign into the SOLUS Student Center, which you can access by logging into MyQueen'sU.
Check the SOLUS Student Centre for a list of all the documents we require from you, and for the status of your application.
Submit Supplementary Information
Your high school transcript is just one piece of information we use when making an admission decision. Each applicant to Queen’s has a unique To-Do List, detailing exactly what we need to complete your application. You can see your To-Do List (and the due dates) on your SOLUS Student Centre. We will send your SOLUS access information after you apply.
We review and update our Supplementary requirements on a regular basis to ensure applicants have a meaningful platform to share additional information not available through your grades. For more detailed information, please visit our supplementary information page.

Apply for an admission bursary.
Bader International Study Centre applicants (first-year and upper-year) should also apply for a BISC bursary.
