In August 2021 Dane delivered a 60-minute presentation to the Foundational Leadership Alumni Group that focused on the four main allies leaders have to maintain motivation through tough times. Participants left with a clear sense of how to use negative emotion, relationships, progress, and meaning to fight the pull of disillusionment under uncertainty.
