Students in the MIR 850: Organizational Behaviour course recently showcased their research and applied learning during a poster session focused on contemporary organizational behaviour issues. Drawing on real examples from current news and organizational contexts, students analyzed OB‑centric challenges, defined key issues, and examined their drivers and outcomes using research evidence.

Each poster proposed an evidence‑based HR intervention designed to address the identified issue, along with an evaluative strategy to assess its effectiveness. Students also demonstrated strong visual and design skills, translating complex research into clear, professional presentations.

The session highlighted students’ ability to bridge theory and practice, reinforcing the role of evidence‑based thinking in addressing today’s workplace challenges.
