At the end of October we had the privilege of welcoming back Ben Caswill, MIR’18, who returned to share his insights on employment relations best practices and lessons he’s drawn from his career.
During his presentation, Ben highlighted the critical importance of cultivating effective employee relations within an organization. Drawing from his career experiences, he emphasized that fostering a positive and inclusive work environment is key to employee satisfaction and productivity. Students were captivated by his practical advice and real-world examples, which helped them grasp the importance of interpersonal skills in HR management.
Ben also shared his personal journey, revealing the challenges and triumphs he encountered along the way. His words of wisdom resonated with the students, inspiring them to remain flexible and agile in their career paths.
