A new student, Niusha Mouchani, is starting her PhD studies in the Jerkiewicz group focusing on the assessment of corrosion behaviour for nickel monocrystalline electrodes in aqueous electrolytes. During her Master studies at Tarbiat Modares University in Materials Science and Engineering in Iran, she focused on the preparation of Zr-doped hematite thin films for efficient photoelectrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction in aqueous electrolytes.
