Queen’s University and the Public Service Alliance of Canada Local 901 (Unit 2) (“PSAC”), representing postdoctoral fellows employed by the University, continue to meet in efforts to renew their Collective Agreement.
The parties’ negotiating teams have been actively engaged in negotiations to renew the collective agreement since October 2023 and have agreed to additional meetings in March 2024. The collective agreement expired on June 30, 2023.
The University’s administration respects the collective bargaining process and remains committed to reaching a tentative agreement that is capable of being ratified by both parties. Details of the agreement will remain confidential until it is ratified successfully by both parties.
