The University is pleased to announce that the renewal collective agreement between Queen’s University and the Queen’s University Faculty Association (QUFA) has been ratified by members of the bargaining unit and the University.
The renewed collective agreement has a three-year term, effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
QUFA is the certified bargaining agent for approximately 1,600 faculty members, librarians, and archivists at Queen’s University. Representatives of the University and QUFA began bargaining in May 2026.
The University appreciates the professionalism, collaboration, and commitment demonstrated by both parties throughout the bargaining process and their efforts to reach a successful conclusion.
