On December 21, 2018, the University and the United Steel Workers Local 2010 reached tentative agreements to renew their collective agreement, and with respect to the proposed conversion and transfer of assets from the Queen’s Pension Plan to the University Pension Plan. The agreements are subject to ratification by the parties.
The University values the contributions of its employees and is committed to the collective bargaining process.
