Paul McGarry will deliver this year's Dr. Duncan G. Sinclair Lectureship in Health Services and Policy Research. Paul is the Head of the Greater Manchester Ageing Hub and Assistant Director at the Greater Manchester Combined Authority. An ageing policy specialist since 1997, he helped establish the Age-Friendly Manchester Programme and has played a key role in making Greater Manchester a leading age-friendly region. He is a founding member of both the WHO Global Network and the UK Network of Age-Friendly Cities and Communities.
