Bank of Canada has too rosy a view of the world

In his latest op-ed in the Globe and Mail, SPS Stauffer-Dunning Fellow Don Drummond argues the Bank of Canada recognizes the risks from trade uncertainty due to two questionable assumptions, not in the numbers of their economic projection.
