International Undergraduate Exchange Students

In order to be an incoming international undergraduate exchange student, you must be nominated by your home university.

Next Steps: After you have completed your application.

Your official transcript, and English-language proficiency test scores (if required), must be uploaded directly by your home university. Please arrange for your required documentation to be uploaded by your Exchange Coordinator at your current institution using our Document Upload Form.

You can review the documents required by visiting your current application with us.

Required documents should be submitted to Queen’s University as soon as possible, and:

  • by April 30 for September entry.
  • by September 30 for January entry.

Updates to your contact information:

Your permanent address information will be used if you are required to obtain a study permit and when you are entering Canada. Should there be updates to this information, please contact intstudy@queensu.ca directly with any changes or updates.

Note: Your permanent address is your address while you are not attending school (such as your family address).
