Welcome to the official website for the 59th annual Canadian Industrial Relations Association (CIRA) conference hosted by the Queen's University Employment Relations Programs unit.

This event will bring together scholars, practitioners, and researchers from a variety of backgrounds (labour relations, human resource management, labour economics, organizational psychology, etc.) who are interested in work and employment issues.
 

Queen's University COVID-19 Guidelines

Queen’s University has extended the masking requirement on campus until the end of May 2022 at which time it will review the continuation of the requirement. Screening and proof of vaccination may also be required. 

Queen’s University will strictly adhere to all government mandates and Public Health instructions during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Queen’s reserves the right to instate additional health and safety measures at any time, which could include, but are not limited to masking, vaccination verification requirements, and reduced capacities and services as outlined in the Safe Return to Campus website https://www.queensu.ca/safereturn

For people wishing to participate, but unable to attend in person, the conference will have a hybrid format to accommodate remote participants. The conference will include fully remote sessions as well as hybrid sessions with some in-person and some remote presenters.
