Kaie Kellough

Kaie Kellough is a PhD student with a primary focus on Caribbean and Caribbean diasporic literature. His research examines the literature of Caribbean independence and the decolonial turn of the 1950s. Kaie’s interests include post-colonial studies, diaspora studies, Black and Caribbean studies, sound studies, the history of the novel, Victorian studies, queer theory, and performance studies. Kaie has maintained a creative literary practice for nearly three decades, and he continues to publish and perform internationally. He is the recipient of the Griffin Poetry Prize, of a CGSM fellowship, and of the Sutherland fellowship. He is supervised by Dr. Kristin Moriah.
