Join us for this free, accessible event at the Kingston Public Library on Friday November 8th from 3pm to 8pm. This event is open to students, staff, faculty and community

Queen's University in collaboration with the Kingston Public Library and the Kingston Indigenous Language Next present the 21st Annual Indigenous Knowledge Symposium "Preserving Language for the Next 7 Generations". 

Please join us for Dr. Lindsay Morcom's keynote address on Urban Grassroots Language Revitalization and dinner followed by the Digital Stories: Tending Our Children’s Fire: Building An Urban Indigenous Languages Resource presented by Jennifer LaFontaine. 

Part 2 of the Symposium will take place on Saturday, November 9th at Robert Sutherland Hall. Please see the event page for more information.
