At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Appropriately investigate pregnancy of unknown location
- Evaluate concerning features of a pregnancy of unknown location and advise when surgical intervention in indicated
Thyroid and Infertility
Presented by: Heather Cockwell, Assistant Professor, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dalhousie University
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Investigate thyroid function in a patient presenting with infertility
- Counsel infertility patients regarding potential contribution of thyroid function on their fertility potential
