What's wrong with a little sweat? The benefits include better sleep, regulated weight, improved brain power (just to name a few!). Join in on a high-intensity full body workout that you can do right in the comfort of your dorm room, office, backyard or wherever you happen to be at 12:30 pm! Challenge muscular endurance, increase heart rate and transform the body so you can handle whatever life happens to throw at you next!

Although participants will be able to see live video of the instructor, all participant videos will be automatically turned off for privacy during your workout.
