This six-week psycho-educational group is designed to introduce cognitive-behavioural strategies (CTB) and self-care concepts. This program is for students who are struggling with depression and problems with low mood. We will cover the nature, signs and symptoms of depression then provide specific, evidence-based strategies for improving mood and coping with life’s challenges. Sessions will focus on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns, goals setting and learning ways to live a happier, more balance and satisfied life.
