The ancient Caere: urban organization and development of an Etruscan city
The Etruscan city of Caere was one of the most developed cities of the Italian peninsula in the pre-Roman period. Current knowledge about the city is mostly indirect and based on burial analysis. My Ph.D research aims to overcome this lack of information through a census of the many surface finds collected by the Italian National Research Council in 40 years of research and the development of GIS.
